Here are a few things you’ll need to know should you need to return your Black by Brian Gavin diamond. We will, of course, do everything in our power to ensure that the diamond you ordered meets your expectations, so please reach out to us first.
If you decide that you would like to return your purchase, you must inform us via e-mail before the end of the 15th day after you receive your diamond.
We will e-mail you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be written on the outside of the return package.
All packages must be returned via United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered/Insured Mail. The insurance amount should be for the amount you paid for your diamond.
The package must be postmarked no later than the 15th day after receipt of the product.
Once the package is received, it will be opened under camera and the contents will be inspected to confirm that the items are in their original, undamaged condition. If you have damaged or mislaid the certificate/report, there will be a $200 charge to have it reissued at the lab.
Your refund will be issued 3 to 5 business day via original form of payment. Original FedEx shipping/insurance charges will be deducted from your refund.
